A clearer indication of ongoing refurbishment would help set proper expectations. Regardless, the overall experience left me satisfied and eager to return for another visit.

i previously visited troyes and best western truly exceeded my expectations! the comfortable room had massive windows and a luxurious shower. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, making it a perfect start to my days strolling around the town.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Troyes, ideal for seeing the town. I splurged on a Junior Queen Suite, and it was well worth it – spacious lounge area, big comfy bed, and a large bathroom with a rainfall shower. Also, the breakfast selection was fantastic, offering healthy options, and the garage parking over the road was easy to access.
